Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete tasks involving swimming pool renovations
• Perform all duties assigned by the Project Manager
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including concrete and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment

Requirements

• Valid license with clean driving history
• Must pass background check
• Be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds
• Skills in general construction a plus
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Experience on a construction crew preferred
• Ability to complete work on time
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
